  • Operations of blocking and unblocking of the bodies controlled by the hydraulic group.
  • Bodies rotation movement transmitted by the engine of the machine and controlled by the encoder of the machine.
  • Maximum transmissible torque 1.370 Nm.
  • Maximum speed from 3.000 rpm to 6.000 rpm.
  • Automatic clamping of the tool, driven by a hydro-mechanical system.
  • Tool clamping force 14,7 kN.
  • Standard tool taper DIN-69871 and pull stud DIN-69872 (possibility to manufacture for other types).
  • Spindles and gears are made of case-hardened and tempered chrome-nickel.
  • Spiral bevel gears with ground tooth flank.
  • High-precision angular contact ball bearings.
  • External tool cooling.
  • Air jet for cleaning the tool tapper.

  • Cooling of bearings of the spindle, maximum speed 5.000 rpm.
  • Internal tool cooling, type AD, with rotary joint.
